ASPIRE Walker level Earn 40% commissions on 1 Tier
Tier 1: Earn 40% on products that you own (-20% coach on core products*)
Update: Hiker Going to be retired by 2017.ASPIRE Hiker: Earn 50% commissions over 2 Tiers
Tier 1: Earn 40% on products that you own (-20% coach on core products*)
Tier 2: Earn 10% on products that you own
ASPIRE Climber: Earn up to 60% commissions over 3 Tiers
Tier 1: Earn 45% on the products that you own (-20% coach on core products*)
Tier 2: Earn 10% on products that you own
Tier 3: Earn 5% on products that you own
Coach: Theyl simply make more sales with an experienced coaching team working for your team. 20% of the gross from product value will be taken from the Tier 1 commissions on BASE, RISE, ASCEND, PEAK, and APEX to cover the costs of running coaching team.
They also add somthing call “Sponsor Lock” for their comp Plan.
Sponsor Lock is a very important and very lucrative part of the compensation plan. When you refer people and they join as a member, they do not just get you as their Personal Sponsor, they actually get a sponsor for each ASPIRE Level also for each Core Product. Your sponsor is yours for life.
When you are qualified at all levels (Active Affiliate APEX Climber) then you will be your new member’s only sponsor on all products. If you aren’t qualfied at all levels then your new members will be locked to other sponsors (above you) for each of your unqualified levels.
Not only will the commissions on your personal sales skip over you for those unqualified product levels, but the member’s whole down line will also skip over you for Tier 2 and Tier 3 commissions too. Even if you decide to upgrade later on – you won’t be able to get that down line back – it will be forever locked to a sponsor above you. However, you will still want to upgrade to stop newer members and their down lines from being locked to sponsors above you.

Personal Sponsor: Alex
ASPIRE Walker Sponsor: Alex

ASPIRE Climber Sponsor: Rolls up to another qualified sponsor. So will their down line – even if Alex upgrades afterwords
BASE Sponsor: Alex
RISE Sponsor: Alex
ASCEND Sponsor: Alex
PEAK Sponsor: Rolls up to another qualified sponsor (so will their down-line – even if Alex upgrades later)
APEX Sponsor: Rolls up to another qualified sponsor (so will their down-line – even if Alex upgrades later)
It’s rewarding to be well positioned; not only can you make more commissions (and lock in more product downlines) from your personal sales, but you can also capture and lock in sales made by members below you. They do the work, and you capture the commissions and capture their downline for the products you are qualified in but they are not.
Digital altitude compensation plan example 2: Obama sponsor’s Justin who sponsors Shan who sponsors David (assuming everyone is an Active Affiliate and ASPIRE Climber).
Starting with Justin joining Obama’s team (and Obama is qualified at APEX)
Obama will become Justin’s sponsor for ALL products
Then Justin goes ASCEND
Obama will collect the BASE + RISE + ASCEND Tier 1 commissions from Justin.
Then Shan joins Justin
Justin will be Shan’s Tier 1 Sponsor for all products up to ASCEND
Obama will be Shan’s Tier 2 Sponsor for all products up to ASCEND
Obama will be Shan’s Tier 1 Sponsor for PEAK and APEX.
Then Shan goes PEAK
Justin will earn the Tier 1 commissions up to ASCEND
Obama will earn the Tier 2 commissions up to ASCEND
Obama will earn the Tier 1 commissions for PEAK (since Obama is his Tier 1 Sponsor for PEAK)
Then Justin – seeing that he lost a big PEAK commission decides to upgrade to PEAK too.
Obama earns another Tier 1 PEAK commission (this time from Justin)
However, Shan (and his future down-line) still remains locked to Obama as his PEAK and APEX sponsor.
Then David joins Shan. What happens then?
Shan will become David’s Tier 1 Sponsor for all products up to PEAK
Justin will become David’s Tier 2 Sponsor for all products up to ASCEND (even though Justin is PEAK now)
Obama will become David’s Tier 3 Sponsor for all products up to ASCEND
Obama will become David’s Tier 2 Sponsor for PEAK (Justin is skipped over even though he is now PEAK)
Obama will become David’s Tier 1 Sponsor for APEX
If Justin then sponsors Bill
Justin will be Bill’s Tier 1 Sponsor for all products up to PEAK (because Justin was PEAK before Bill joined)
Obama will be Bill’s Tier 2 Sponsor for all products up to PEAK
Obama will be Bill’s Tier 1 Sponsor for APEX.
